Well I have been doing yoga for about a month now. I do it everyday for about 60 to 90 minutes. I usually do it for 90 minutes, but if the kids get fussy I have to cut it short. I really enjoy it, and I love the results. I just feel better all the time. It helps me when I carry the kids and also when I sing. Plus I am toning muscle and have lost weight. I am double jointed in my knees, hips, shoulders, elbows and hands. Yoga is one form of exercise I can do and not hurt myself. I found some pictures of some advanced poses. I am working to do my poses as good as these!

Oh yeah, and I got my hair done yesterday. I finally let her cut my hair. But long 'bangs' is all. I think I like it, and so does the hubby. Take a look and see whatcha think:
